Fat Salads

If your like me, you drench your salads in ranch dressing.  You can add up to 300 calories per salad this way. OUCH!  But if you make a few changes to your salad, like changing the dressing, taking off the bacon, crutons, and fatty cheese; salads are a great way to lose the pounds.  Try and add a salad  a day to really add those vitamins and fiber to your diet.  Here are some great recipes I found on Tone It Up.
