Seriously, I love candy. I'm an admitted addict. I just can't get enough once I've started. By tonight most of our homes will be filled with delicious candy. I tell my kids to hide if from me, and they do. Because, I look for it ...hard! They've learned to make the hiding place a good one. My best advice besides having your kids hide their candy...Don't start! Sugar is a drug. Once you start it's all over. Here are some snack ideas. When you feel the itch coming go to these snacks.
1. Sugar free jell-O (eat the whole thing if you have to...I do)
2. Sugar free pudding made with skim milk.
3. Celery or apples with a little peanut butter
4. Almonds (just a hand full)
5. Fresh Fruit
6. Sugar free candy
7. 1 Quaker Oats granola bar
8. Sugar free Cocoa
9. A cup of herbal tea
10. Low fat string cheese
11. Greek Yogurt
12. Cottage Cheese
13. Gum
14. Diet Drinks
15. And if all else fails....drink a ton of water.

Really, you had to put up a picture of candy corn?! I ate so much of it last night it made me sick! I really need to stop. I can stay away from chocolate, just not the pure sugar stuff. No more! I'm chanting "stay away from the candy..."
Laura, I know! Corbin showed up at 11:30 last night with Swedish Fish. I ate about 30 of them! I was hitting myself when I went to bed. But, today is a new day, and I'm off for a run with Rick to work it off. If ya eat it...ya gotta pay for it. Now, get out there and work it off too!
Loves,
Tiff
