Ok, it may make you burp it up for a little bit after you take it, and that doesn't happen to everyone...it does me, but I think it's worth it. The burps can be relieved by taking "enteric" coated fish oil. The capsule looks more opaque rather than clear, but it has the same stuff on the inside.

That is really good to know because I was with Tiffany when she was burping up fish oil. That is one of the reasons that I didn't know if I even wanted to try them...Tuna Breath...not my kind of fun!!!
