There's no class the next 2 Fridays. School is out on the 30th, and I'm headed to St. George to run Snow Canyon 1/2 Marathon Friday the 6th. So, We will not be working out our Biceps and Back for 2 weeks. I'm posting a Bicep workout. It uses 3 sets of weights and an exercise ball. If you don't own these things...never fear. Do the first reps standing and the others in a chair. Use cans, milk jugs, or any other heavy item you can hold on to, or stick your exercise band under your foot and use a small amount of band for resistance. Try and fit it in sometime this weekend and next.
Also so do some back exercises - Bent over Flys with as much weigh as you can or some milk jugs.
