What's wrong with your push-up?

Ok, Monday I saw some things wrong with form in our push-ups. Given, we did do a lot of them and the more you do the harder it is to keep proper form. So, I do expect you to lose some form, but I want you to be aware as you lose form and try and fight through.

I always say that a push-up on your toes the best exercise invented. If you can do one awesome. If not, work toward it. There are several variations work your way up, or if it's getting hard work your way down, but just remember not to give up on yourself.

Here is a little video to help you know what proper form is. I did see some butts in the air, some butts down, and a lot of heads down. So, watch, learn, and keep working hard, and remember, even I lose my form. Feel free to point it out. I could use the reminder too. ;)
