Follow me

All right, so you guys pretty much know I went on a cruise gained 10 lbs and have kept it on.  For those of you not in class on Friday here's what went down.  I have a goal - loose 15 lbs by my birthday.  Well, I only have 6 weeks left, so time to get serious.  I'm giving you the webpage where I am going to journal my diet.  I need you guys to check on me and yell or cheer.  :)  You may also join and I'll do the same for you.  

I like this particular set up because you fill out the info it gives you how many calories you can have, and let's you know where you stand.  It also has a iPhone app if you have one....I only wish.
