I'm tired

Steph asked if we were tired after our workouts, and my answer is, yes, I'm often tired after my workouts.  We work really hard, and I find myself taking a 10 min nap now and then.  I used to get more tired when I was first starting.  I'm a little better now than I was at first.  I saw this article that is about runners, but I think it has some great ideas to keep in mind.  Also, try drinking more water and take a multi-vitamin.

Tiff...I love this, just signed up on my fitness pal and logged in my workout and all I ate today and I managed to stay under my calories for today - yay! One day down. I love that it said if I stay on track with eating how I did today I will reach my target weight soon. Thanks for the motivation, girl! I'm loving the workouts!

Thanks for your posts. I think I needed to read this article. I really don't know what in the hell I'm doing when it comes to running. :) I felt okay on Saturday after my long run. But I was so sore. It's cause I don't eat properly after. Duh! So, thanks. And I'm excited about logging my food and exercise on myfitnesspal.com. I feel like I have a new hobby!
