Eat Clean

We're all trying to do better with our diet.  Some of us are trying to loose weight, and some of us are just trying to make our diets more healthy.  For sure we should all be trying to get in more water.  It's a struggle, but we can't give up.

I'm discouraged today.  I lost 6 lbs and was on such a high, but the last 2 days I've gained 2 of those 6 lbs back.  Why.....Well, could be water retention, or it could be I'm not logging my food in right.  I may need to be better at measuring.  I'm not gonna lie, I guess sometimes.  :)  So, I'm going to keep on keepin' on.

I ran across this recipe that I'm going to try.  I'm a huge fan of egg salad sandwiches, but they have a lot of fat and calories.  This recipe replaces the mayo with whipped cottage cheese and milk.  It think I'll add a little pickle in too because I like a little sass.  So, I thought some of you may enjoy it also.  Lot's of protein and yummyness...I hope.  The link is below.   Enjoy!
