Todays workout
So, when I got home I found this YouTube blog and thought it was so funny. If you have time watch it. You have to see the lady do the arm workout it made me laugh. :)Lady does Tracy Anderson Workout. Click here. :)
2. Try to place in my age division at the Woman of Steel.
3. Ride 80 Miles in the Little Red Riding Hood Bike Ride.
4. Pick a Harder Leg in the Wastach Back and train hard for it.
5. Run and Beat my time in the TOP of UTAH!!!
Heather's Goals
I would love to lose 15 more pounds. 5 by Jan. 30 and then the other 10 in Feb/March. Which means I need to cut out some sugar and white carbs!
I will do the Thanksgiving race to get my "race" confidence up. I'd love to do a 10k then a half and quite possibly Top of Utah!!!
Laura's Goals
Goals: 1. Ten push ups on my feet instead of knees by 1/1/10 Reward: Satisfaction 2. Lose a minimum of 5 pounds per month with 30 pounds gone by 3/1/10 Reward: Looking good in my clothes and feeling better about myself. 3. Run a 5K with Chris this spring. Reward: Watching the thrill of competition on my son's face 4. Run a 1/2 Marathon by 11/10. Reward: My strongest most fit body ever!
Loisanne's Goals
Short-term goals are #1 to #4:
1. Lose 5 pounds by the end of the year (part of the stupid 7 pounds I have gained since spring).
2. Do a boot-camp type workout twice a week (probably M and F with Tiff).
3. Do at least two more days of cardio for 45 minutes a time (probably T & Th or Sat, doing running but maybe a spin classes too).
4. Be dilligent with my eating, knowing I will have some "free" days with the holidays, make the rest of the time count.
Midterm goals are #5 to #9:
5. Lose another 5 pounds by Valentines Day (Feb 14th).
6. Adjust exercise and diet as needed (to be re-evaluated Jan 1 and every month therefter).
7. Lose third round of 5 pounds by tax deadline (April 15th).
8. Run the July 2010 Farmington 10k in under an hour (last year did it in 61 minutes).
9. Train and run a half-marathon (I think anyway - still sounds very intimidating).

Tiffany's Goals
1- Keep doing Boot Camp
2- Do another Tri
3- Do my first bike race
4- Stretch more
5- Be a healthier eater (More fruit, vegetables, water, whole grains, and lean protein; Less sugar, fat, and sugar substitutes.)
6- Build a stronger body by lifting more often and heavier
7- Swim more
8- Run 5 1/2 marathons
9- Hike more (try and do at least 2 hikes a month May-Sep)

I love that Amy put down (love who I am) as a goal. That's the best thing you can do for yourself. When you love who you are you treat yourself with respect, and keep your body healthy. Great one Amy!
I also love that Loisanne put down "Tax day" as a dead line. Only and accountant would think of that one. Boy did that make me laugh. :)
